一、產品簡介

振動篩（圓振動篩）的運動軌跡呈圓周，是一種多層數（一般有1~4層）、高效新型的振動篩，專為對物料進行不同顆粒大小的篩分而設計，特別適用於重型、中型和精細篩分等各種篩分作業，是初級破碎、二級破碎和成品料的理想篩分設備。

1、產品結構

圓振動篩（振動篩）是由篩箱、篩網、篩框、激振器、橡膠彈簧、支架、主軸等組成，其結構平面示意圖（剖析圖）如下：

2、工作原理

振動篩的工作原理，或說工作流程主要歸結如下：

①通過偏心塊的旋轉，產生激振力，從而使篩箱隨之產生圓周往復運動；

②物料在傾斜的篩面上連續做近似圓的彈跳翻滾運動，通過反覆的與篩孔進行比較，小於篩孔尺寸的物料透篩，大於篩孔尺寸的物料在篩面上；

③根據篩網，篩孔的大小，最終篩分成不同尺寸的物料。

二、產品特點

1. 採用筒體式偏心軸和偏心塊調節振幅提高了激振力，增加產能。環槽鉚釘聯接結構先進，堅固耐用；

   Adjustment of amplitude of vibration through cylindrical eccentric shaft and eccentric block improved the excitation force and capacity. Advanced structure of ring groove rivet joint makes it strong and durable.

2. 物料篩淌線長，有效提高篩分效率、篩分均勻；

   Long sieving line of material effectively improved the screening efficiency, and the material screened is even.

3. 篩分規格多、範圍廣，可按具體要求選配和定製；

   Wide screening range and specification for choosing, it can also be tailored.

4. 採用含錳優質彈簧鋼編織篩網，使用壽命長，不易堵孔；另有棒條、聚氨酯等多種不同材質可選；

   Screening mesh made of manganese contained high-quality spring steel gives it longer service life, its hole is not easy to be blocked. The alternative material of the screening mesh can be steel bar, polyurethane and others.

5. 採用輪胎聯軸器，柔性連結，運轉平穩，結構簡單，維修方便快捷；

   Flexible connected with tire coupling, smooth operation, simple structure, easy maintenance.

6. 振動器採用大游隙軸承，稀油潤滑、噪聲低、壽命長。

   Wide clearance of bearings is used for the vibrator. The vibrator is lubricated with thin oil lubrication, it has low noise and long service life.

備註：設備篩網規格等可根據用戶的設計要求定製、振動篩的篩分量因篩孔出料規格尺寸、物料含泥量、含水率等的不同，實際處理量以生產現場為準。

Note: Specification of screening mesh can be tailored as per customer’s design and requirement. Processing capacity of the screen varies from sieve size, percentage of mud contained and moisture content of the material. The actual handling capacity is based on the production site.
